The Red Leg Partridge is a delicate small game bird, but packs a lovely flavour, sucking the leg meat off the bone is a real treat. A partridge will feed one.
All our game is sourced from local Suffolk estates and farm shoots. The game is then all processed and vet inspected, before arriving here. Our partridge are supplied oven-ready and you can choose either plain or wrapped in our own pancetta which keeps them moist and helps hold in the flavour.
Approx weight of each bird - 250g-300g
