We make all our sausages in the Aldeburgh shop several times a week – the fresher the better for a good banger.
We have developed traditional flavours over the years taking great care over fat content, salt levels, herbs and spices, so that the flavour from our fantastic free-range pork is not overpowered but enhanced. We are proud of our sausages.
Feedback from our customers over the years has really helped us deliver a terrific range of free-range sausages from happy, locally-reared pigs that taste delicious.
