Our own Breakfast sausage recipe for these hand-made cocktail sausages. Delicious and meaty. Made with only the finest Suffolk pork (85%) and with natural herbs and spices.

They are roughly the third of the size of our chipolatas and these little beauties work brilliantly at drinks parties or a large family gathering.

Give the tray a good shake half way into the cooking time to ensure they all cook evenly. Roast until nearly cooked, then smother in mustard and lots of lovely honey before popping in for another few minutes until golden and cooked through.
