Handmade at our shop, these sausages are made using Free-Range Suffolk pork.
We use a mixture of boneless shoulder and belly to create the perfect mix of fat and lean minced pork.
We then mix in a blend of herbs and spices, Fennel, cracked black pepper and a hint of garlic, to give you a course, all meat sausage and a delicate flavour from the fragrant herbs and fennel, with a hint of garlic.
