    Delicious Dry Cured Suffolk bacon.

    Our bacon, cured using the whole belly and sliced to a good thickness to that crisps up nicely. Streaky can be more fatty than the Back Bacon, but, boy, does that make it taste great!

    Great in a sarnie or with your full breakfast. A real Sunday morning treat.

    Also really handy to add as a flavouring to other dishes, such as carbonara, casseroles and stews. Or to wrap around some leaner meat, such as venison or Chicken fillets to baste whilst cooking.
