This Pedigree Lincoln Red 'Old Cow' has grazed for its whole life on the lush pastures and meadows of the Waveney Valley, East Suffolk. The Darrow Farm Pedigree Lincoln Reds are a traditional breed, native to East Anglia, and are in the process of being certified under the National 'Pasture for Life' accreditation scheme.
We have been hanging the carcass for six weeks and it’s now just about perfect. This box is a selection of cuts which are perfect for cooking outside on an open flame grill. The flavour of this meat is outstanding and really shines when cooked in this way. The box includes the following...
