A delicious boneless turkey breast, simply the breast meat portion of the turkey, without the bones. We roll our turkey butterfly with a wrapping of unsmoked streaky bacon, this bastes the joint throughout cooking, leaving a wonderful juicy turkey roast that cooks evenly. The residual crisp bacon bits are delightful carvers perk!
Our Turkey breast joints are a tad more affordable than a whole turkey, cook quickly, and are simple and easy to carve. There is the added bonus of no arguments if folks don't want the dark meat!
