For a quick supper, pop in a couple of our oven-ready pheasants perhaps wrap them in pancetta or some streaky bacon to keep them moist and hold in the flavour.
All our game is sourced from local Suffolk estates and farm shoots. The game is then all processed and vet inspected, before arriving here. Our whole pheasant are supplied oven-ready and you can choose either plain or wrapped in our own pancetta which keeps them moist and helps hold in the flavour.
Each bird weighs between 600g - 800g. One pheasant is ample for two.
