Beef Whole Fillet Grass Fed

We source all our Traditional Breed beef from small local mixed farms, that care deeply, not only for their animals welfare, but also about the impact on the surrounding countryside.
This is really important to us at Salter & King.
Our Fillet is reared slowly on lush East Suffolk Pasture, we the dry age our beef for a minimum of 4-5 weeks, then trim the fillet ready for the pan or oven.
Whole fillet 1.8kg should serve 10. The 1.6 Kg slightly less.
Sear in a pan or hot oven for a few minutes, until a brown crust starts to appear, then tuen down the heat a little and cook for another 10-15 minutes, rest for 10 minutes and serve pink.
