All our sausages are hand mixed and linked in our Shop in Aldeburgh, using wonderful free-range heritage breed Suffolk pork.
We love a coarse meaty sausage, with the minimal amount of additives, if any.
A meat to fat ratio of 80/20 and minimal making the sausage 90-92% meat.
This ensures that we provide our customers with the very best quality sausage, full of flavour and a great meaty texture linked using natural sausage skins.
Sausages as they used to be......
We don't make a our full range of sausages every week. We stick to a core range and in addition to this we rotate a range of flavours and recipes each week.
For example our sausage of the week could be a Toulouse, or a Merguez, perhaps a Pork with sun dried tomato and spinach.......
