Our mutton chops are cut from mutton which is well hung. Mutton chops are perfect when cooked on the BBQ or griddle pan. They have a little more bite, but are certainly not tough, the flavour is tremendous. Cook hot and fast, resting is essential.
Mutton Chops are also great in a Lancashire hot pot, or in an Irish stew.
